Wilmington Police Seeking Vehicle Involved in Hit & Run Crash

The Wilmington Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident. On January 11 at approximately 12:30 AM a male party walking in the area of 520 Main Street was struck by a passing vehicle traveling northbound on Main Street. The vehicle did not stop and continued northbound on Main Street. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect vehicle is a 2015 or newer white Ford Edge. The vehicle should have damage to the passenger side mirror and possibly the passenger side headlight. Anyone with information regarding this incident, is asked to please contact Wilmington Police Detectives at 978-658-5071.
