Wilmington, MA – April 1, 2024 – The Wilmington Police Department is proud to announce its participation in National Autism Acceptance Month through the sale of specialty patches throughout April. These patches, available for $10 each, can be purchased either at the front desk of the police station or online at our WPD Autism Acceptance Patch online store.

All proceeds from the patch sales will be directed towards supporting The Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, Inc. This esteemed organization is dedicated to providing assistance to individuals and families impacted by autism, ensuring they have access to resources and support necessary to lead fulfilling lives.
