Chief Michael R. Begonis reports that the Wilmington Police Department has arrested a Wilmington man and charged him in connection with an indecent exposure incident, which occurred earlier this week.
After an investigation by the Wilmington Police Detectives, MATTHEW P. FURLONG, AGE 29, OF WILMINGTON, was arrested at his residence this morning.
FURLONG is charged with:
- Open and Gross Lewdness
The charge stems from an incident which occurred on March 13, 2017 at Heavenly Donuts located at 579 Main Street.
FURLONG was arraigned at Woburn District Court on March 17, 2017.
