A female sits at her desk at the Wilmington Police headquarters.

HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-3:30PM

Our Records Department is staffed by clerks Julie Magaldi & Jamie Miano. They can assist you in obtaining accident reports or other police reports and information.

Police reports may be requested electronically by sending an email to publicrecords@wpd.org, filling out our online form, or requesting a report in person at the front desk of the Wilmington Police Department.

At present, the Wilmington Police Department has received numerous Public Record Requests. The department is working diligently and will respond to each request within ten business days, beginning the day after receipt of a request, as stated in MA Public Records Law.

Please take this into consideration when making a record request to the Wilmington Police Department. Your patience and understanding are most appreciated.
