Procedure for Requesting Sex Offender Information:
Download the Sex Offender Request Form. Fill out the form and drop it off at the Police Department. After dropping off your request allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Sgt. Charles Fiore will contact you and schedule an appointment on when to come in and pick up your request. Note: The applicant must come in with proper identification. The list cannot be mailed or E-mailed. The form is in a PDF format and if you are unable to download and print a copy of this request, you can pick one up at the Police Station.
