On the afternoon of Tuesday, February 28, the Wilmington Police Department received a 911 call reporting a vehicle operating erratically on Main Street. Officers from the 4-12 shift subsequently located the vehicle in the parking lot of Cumberland Farms at 205 Main Street. During the course of the investigation Officers found and seized more than 15 ounces of marijuana, 34 packets of hash oil, 65 grams of cocaine, over 100 prescription pills, counterfeit money, and more than $1,000 in cash. Three individuals were charged with crimes.

Paul Foster, 18, of Billerica was charged with 2 counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Substance, Possession of a Class D Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Substance, Trafficking in Cocaine, Misleading a Police Officer, and Possession of Counterfeit Notes.

Sean Kelly, 18, of Billerica was charged with Possession of a Class B Substance.

Joseph R. Pineau, 19, of Wilmington was charged with Carrying a Dangerous Weapon.

All 3 individuals will be arraigned at Woburn District Court today.
